Being ASD and ADHD

Realizing that you have both Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as an adult can be a life-changing experience. Autism Spectrum Disorder

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects an individual's ability to focus, control impulses, and regulate behavior. It is characterized by symptoms such as difficulty concentrating, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.

Similar to autism, ADHD can be challenging to diagnose in adults. This is because many individuals may have developed coping mechanisms or learned to adapt to their symptoms, making it challenging to identify the underlying condition.
